I am using this space as a blog, and as a way to dump the dailies I take from my camera (Panasonic GH1 and Samsung TL320). I want those who are interested to get a daily-updated, unfiltered view of my crazy Asian adventure.
Addendum
I mentioned in my last post that I pay $30/day in food. I meant to say I spend less than $30/day on EVERYTHING; transportation, food, fun, etc. My friends were right. In Hong Kong, its actually cheaper to go out for food than to cook it yourself. How awesome is that!
The movie is progressing slowly, but nicely. Caught a bit of luck and was able to salvage some footage I thought I messed up, plus I successfully edited a nice little climax ^_^ Unfortunately, I spent waay too long effing with just the opening title screen. Trying to do pseudo-motion graphics in FCP ain’t workin in my favor. Oh, and I forgot to ask around for Chinese characters help. Oh well, there’s always tomorrow!
Gonna to try a few more things tonight before I head off to bed… I’m going to give myself two days to finish this.
